Atlantic City Country Club

Atlantic City Country Club

Atlantic City Country ClubAtlantic City Country Club is one of the oldest and well-respected courses in the United States, and is the birthplace of the term “birdie”. Famous names that have  stepped onto the course include Slammin’ Sammy Snead, Bob Hope, Arnold Palmer, Lee Trevino, Don January, John J. McDermott, and Howard Everitt.

Another historical party of the AC Country Club is the clubhouse bell. Each day in the 1900s the bell at rang to alert golfers that the final trolley was leaving for Atlantic City. The bell still rings today to honor the history.

The course at Atlantic City Country Club is smooth with fast greens along with top rated playing conditions. The course design is based off of a Scottish and Irish links style with a backdrop of the Atlantic City skyline.

During or after your round of 18 be sure to check out Atlantic City Country Club’s Taproom Bar and Grille. Enjoy a nice cold beer, steak, seafood, pasta, etc. Delicious food is the perfect ending to a long day of swinging the clubs.
