The Absecon Lighthouse is a great fall activity for any age. It is the third oldest lighthouse in the country and the tallest in New Jersey at 171 feet and 228 steps. After you take the climb enjoy the museum, original oil house, and gift shop.

Fall is a time for sweaters, jeans, boots, etc. Atlantic City has the perfect place for you to stock up on your fall wardrobe, the Tanger Outlets. The Tanger Outlets are filled with your favorite stores such as Nike, Adidas, Sports Collection, Under Armor, Lacoste, Coach, and many more. The best part? The stores are almost always having deals.
Lucy the Elephant
Lucy the Elephant is a great Atlantic City fall activity, although she is technically not located in AC. Lucy is located right next door in Margate. She stands at six stories high and is defined as a historical landmark at 100 years old. Visit Lucy the Elephant and learn the history of how she was built to bring tourism to the area by taking a guided tour. She is the only elephant building standing as Lucy has survived fires, hurricanes, floods, and was almost knocked down. You don’t want to miss this historical landmark!
Atlantic City Boardwalk
Although the weather is starting to get colder, the boardwalk is still a great Atlantic City fall activity. At four miles long the boardwalk is filled with stores, great food options, and access to the casinos. It was America’s first boardwalk built in 1870. It is definitely worth checking out.
